KOKORO TOKYO MAZESOBA

Not Ramen, Not Udon, it’s a New Taste!

You can’t tell anything unless you try to eat it.
You’ll have a new experience as never before. Tokyo Mazesoba needs to mix with original noodles and lots of topping before eating. You may have an image like abura-soba or soupless ramen, but it’s not right because Tokyo Mazesoba is a new genre. Also it’s different from Japanese Soba. Ever-popular menu is a little spicy, so you should try “Shio (Salt) Mazesoba” if you don’t like spicy taste.
Anyway, you can’t tell anything unless you try to eat it.
